Our handmade biscuits are made by hand by us, from scratch using the best natural, human grade ingredients, we roll, we shape then we slowly bake them and yes, we taste them and they taste good. We know exactly what has gone into our biscuits, there's no preservatives, additives or anything nasty in them. We believe that dogs deserve the best life and that includes feeding them delicious, natural , tasty recipes. All our hand made biscuits are plant based, no meat or fish, just fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables.

Dug does too, we know the health benefits of meat and fish in a dogs diet and have sourced suppliers who share the same ethos as ourselves, healthy and natural treats, low in fat and with good quality ingredients, only proper meat and fish. Digestion is key when raising our four legged friends, so we've chosen brands that only use the best supplies and excellent, ethical ingredients.

When you place your order, we will aim to send it out within two working days. If you place an order for our handmade treats it may take slightly longer, 3-5 days, this is because we hand make our treats in small batches to ensure the quality and freshness of our biscuits.

We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment and ensuring where feasible, we use limited amounts or recyclable packaging, it's important to us and we'll continue to keep finding ways to improve our business. All our packaging can be recycled, please do, let's all do our bit! Our handmade treats are in compostable bags including our labels, these are happiest in your home compost bin or garden waste. All our cardboard is fully recyclable and comes from FSC™ (Forest Stewardship Council™) certified sustainable sources, in a socially, environmentally and economically sound way. You can flatten and recycle it in your household recycling. Any paper used for packing is also fully recyclable

Please keep all your dog's treats and chews in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. You can keep them in their bags, just make sure they are sealed up tightly. They can also be stored in a fridge. And of course, away from wagging tails!

A subscription box is a box full of deliciousness for your dog, delivered to a schedule that suits you. Every month (or twice monthly) your dog will receive a box just for them, packed full of delicious treats and chews, oh and they'll also be a roll of eco-friendly poo bags and a cute little bow for your dogs collar. When it's your dogs birthday they'll receive a special gift or a pup-cake! The box will contain a variety of treats and chews in meat, fish and plant based and will include some of our handmade biscuits. If your dog has a preference, or a special request, please let us know. Best of all a subscription box will save you money and time, which means more time for snuggles, kisses and play.

Absolutely, and you can choose it as a one-off, monthly or twice monthly. You'll have a new best friend if you send one of our boxes!

Hands up for that! All our subscription boxes are free delivery. If you order over £20 then it's free delivery too. Anything under then we charge a simple, reasonable one off charge of £2.95, so it pays to get your treats in one go!
