How do I place and order?

Shopping with Wag Your Tail is super easy & quick too, best enjoyed with a lovely cup of tea and biscuits with your furry friend.

Simply browse our shop, you can use the product categories under Shop and Our Treats in the navigation at the top of the screen.

When you click on a product it will show more information about the product – it’s here where you’ll see the ingredients, dietary and nutritional information, and pricing.

Simply choose what you’d like to order from our shop, fill in the quantity and then add to your basket.

Your basket is at the top of the screen on the right-hand side.

If you’d like to continue shopping, please do, just click on another item and repeat.

When you’re ready just go to your basket, check you have everything you need (don’t forget the dog biscuits)

then click on check out and you’ll be taken through the simple and secure payment process.

Is it in stock?

All items will be in stock, unless we have put a sign up on the product, we may occasionally run short due to popular demand, however we’ll always try to make sure we have availability.

Our handmade biscuits are slowly baked in small batches, we’d rather do that so that we always have fresh, great quality biscuits for your dogs to enjoy, this does mean that you may have to wait a couple of days before they are despatched.

All stock items will be despatched on the next working day.

Handmade biscuits will be despatched within 3-5 working days

 

How do I pay for my order? And is it safe?

You can pay by all major credit card, debit card and apple or google pay.

All payments are taken through our payment provider Stripe, you will be redirected to Stripe for the payment.

Your card details are verified automatically online by Stripe and are not stored on the site.

 

Yes, this is completely safe and secure, Stripe is a well-known payment provider and your personal payment details are kept secure at all times and are not passed to any third parties

Paying by apple or google pay

This payment method is only available when you purchase from your mobile device. You will need to have already set up an Apple Pay or Google Pay account.

Go through the secure checkout as normal and - in the express checkout section - select either Apple Pay or Google Pay.

You will then be asked to log into your Apple Pay/Google Pay account - follow the instructions to authorise the payment. 
 

What happens next?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

The e-mail will list the products you have bought, your order total and the billing and delivery address.

Please double-check the information and if anything is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Can I make changes to my order?
