How do I track my box?
The day your delivery is dispatched, you'll receive a email letting you know your box is on its way.

Where does Wag Your Tail deliver?
Wag Your Tail will deliver to all parts of the UK, however Highland, Island and Northern Ireland may incur a shipping fee

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on all orders £20 and over
If you subscribe - for the majority of the UK, delivery from Wag Your Tail is free

For any orders under £20 there is a shipping fee of £2.95 which will be added at check out.

However for Highland, Island and Northern Ireland there is an additional shipping fee, which will be calculated at time of check out, we'll only charge what it costs us

What if no one is home?
Lots of people aren’t home when we deliver and that's ok, just let us know a safe place (behind the gate, with a neighbour, etc) for your delivery driver to leave it, then collect it when you get home.
It’s really easy to do this, here's how.
Simply log into your account at wagyourtail.co.uk, select the ‘Details’ tab and then ‘Edit’ next to your delivery address.
You will see a section saying ‘If you’re not in where should we leave your box?’ – pick an option from the drop-down list, or select ‘Other’ to enter your own safe place.

What should I do if anything arrives damaged?
We are very sorry, if something has arrived damaged, please call our customer care team, who will do everything they can to sort it out
