If you or your dog aren’t completely happy with your delivery for any reason, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery by emailing wagyourtaildogtreats@gmail.com or by calling on 07786394140.

We’re open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

We are a fair, small business and want you and your dog to be happy, it’s important to us so please do let us know.

​

If something is genuinely wrong, we’ll make it right, we’ll offer you a replacement at no cost or we’ll give your money back including any return postage.

We want to make sure we are doing everything possible to send out a great quality product!

If you do need to return any products to us, please quote your original order number, found on your confirmation email and the receipt, your contact details, and the reason for return.

​

If you have simply changed your mind and wish to return an item please do so in the original packaging and ensure the product is as delivered, clean with labels still attached, is unused and undamaged, no dog slobber please!

​

Once it’s returned and checked we’ll arrange a refund for you within 14 days.

​

We are sorry but this will not apply to our handmade biscuits or any bespoke orders or personalisation.
